Climbing and hiking have become an important part of my life. This page is a small log of mountains, long hikes, and photographs from the Sierra Nevada, Yosemite, and the Himalayas.
Sierra Nevada: Mount Whitney (14,505 ft), Mount Dana (13,061 ft), Kuna-Koip Peaks (~13,000 ft), and Mount Conness (12,590 ft).
Himalayas: Hurra Top (15,397 ft), Dokriani Glacier (13,451 ft), and Kuari Pass (13,992 ft).
Yosemite: Half Dome three times, including two cable-up climbs and one cable-down climb; Grand Canyon of the Tuolumne, 32 miles with about 5,000 ft of elevation gain.
Training: Basic Mountaineering Course, Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi — A grade, 2023.
